The Master Room

The spacious Master Room features a king-sized bed. The overhead ceiling fan will help you drift off to sleep. The private, adjoining bathroom has his and her sinks and a large, walk-in shower.

$135 for one-two people.

The Garden Room

The Garden Room features a queen-sized bed. The private, hallway bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

$120 for one-two people.

Note: The Garden Room and Kate's Room use the same bathroom. However the two guest rooms are only rented to one party. If you stay in the Garden Room nobody will be in Kate's Room.

Cost, for up to four people, renting both The Garden Room and Kate's Room is $225.

Kate's Room

Tucked into a quiet corner Kate's Room features a brass, full-size bed. The private, hallway bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

$115 for one-two people.

Note: The Garden Room and Kate's Room use the same bathroom. However the two guest rooms are only rented to one party. If you stay in Kate's Room nobody will be in the Garden Room.

Cost, for up to four people, renting both Kate's Room and the The Garden Room is $225.

Hayloft Room

Available to larger parties renting the other bedrooms, is the Hayloft. Hayloft has two twin beds. Separated from the other rooms by a short hallway and sharing a bathroom with Garden/Kate's Room. An additional full bathroom is available downstairs.

Common Areas

The Great Room and the Guest Kitchen located just around the corner with the Dining Area tucked in between is one of the most comfortable and functional "common areas" that you will find at a bed and breakfast.

On the ground level of the horse barn a few steps from the "tack room" is a large, screened-in covered patio area where guests can view the horse farm and the surrounding countryside.
