The 43rd Annual Natchez Trace Festival at the Historic Downtown Kosciusko will be held the last weekend in April. Join dozens of artisans and craftsmen from across the southeastern United States including many Mississippi artisans. A day of shopping, food and entertainment will be an expression of the festival’s theme, “Where the Fun Begins!”
The Festival will begin with the traditional 10k/5k run, 5k walk, and One Mile Fun Run through the streets of Kosciusko. The events sanctioned and operated by the Mississippi Track Club, will start at 8:00 am and take participants along a route by many historic homes in the city as well as sections of the Natchez Trace Parkway.
The day will be highlighted by the Demonstrating Artisans Gallery, Craftsmen vendors, “Gasoline Alley” (classic automobile exhibit), Bike Alley (classic, custom, sport, trike, and cruiser bikes) and “Moomba” (children’s entertainment area).
Friday night will be the featured family night entertainment at M&F Bank Park in Downtown Kosciusko. Other events that are associated with the festival are: Dessert Theater, Kosciusko Jr. High; Miss Natchez Trace Festival Pageant, Mary Ricks Cultural Center.
