Enjoy history, fun, games, colonial exhibits, good food, arts and crafts and fellowship at the Third Annual Iuka Renaissance Day. Once a year, generations of Tishomingo County citizens and visitors come together in the Spring for a fun day in Iuka.

It’s Renaissance Day at the Old Tishomingo County Courthouse Museum in Iuka sponsored by the Tishomingo County Historical and Genealogical Society (TCHGS). This community event encourages folks to dress in period costumes, share the craftsmanship of colonial days, purchase arts and crafts of that time period, enjoy dulcimer music, campfire-cooked food, and socialize with friends and neighbors from several generations. Over 2,000 visitors have attended the past two years.

Festival admission is free so bring the family, meet the artists and exhibitors, find one-of-a-kind treasures to add to your collection, and enjoy good food. As always, entrance fee donations to the museum will be greatly appreciated!
