Tennessee Highway 7 accesses the Natchez Trace Parkway at milepost 416. The rural areas of Fly, Santa Fe and Bethel, Tennessee are just east of the Trace, the rural area of Primm Springs, TN is just west of the Trace and the city of Columbia, Tennessee is 15 miles southeast of the Trace.
Nearby services include Fly's General Store market 1.7 miles east of the Trace and Nett's Grocery on Leipers Creek Road north of highway 7 in the Bethel area.
Just off Highway 7 near the parkway exit/onramp is a trailhead for the Highland Rim Trail section of the Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail (a hiking and horseback riding trail that parallels the parkway). The trailhead provides a small parking area for two or three horse trailers. There is no water available at this trailhead. One hitching post is available here. From the Highway 7 exit, turn left (going south towards Columbia) and travel under the parkway. Take the first left onto Old Natchez Trace and the trailhead will be on your left.
