• Windsor Ruins - Built in 1859-61, Windsor Plantation originally occupied 2,600 acres. In 1890 a guest left a lighted cigar on the upper balcony and Windsor burned to the ground. Three living history tours offered:

River Country Tour (half day or full day tour) - Robert (your innkeeper) brings the Old South to life while passing through landscapes virtually unchanged since the Civil War.
Rates are $100 for half day tours and $175 for full day tours for up to (4) people.

Seige of Vicksburg Tour (full day tour) - Being born and raised in Vicksburg, Robert offers a unique and personal perspective to the 47-day seige of Vicksburg in 1863, including many stories and facts.
Rates are $175 for a one day tour for up to (4) people.

Campaign for Vicksburg Tour (two day tour) - The entire 1862-1863 campaign for Vicksburg by the Union Army is vividly brought to life, from General Grant's landing at Bruinsburg to the surrender of Confederate forces at the Old Courthouse Museum. You will travel much of the actual route of march through countryside that, in many places, has not changed in over 150 years.
Rates are $350 for a two day tour for up to (4) people.
