- The Collinwood Suite has a keyless entry locking, allowing for check-in at your convenience. You will receive your code for entry the day of your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day promptly at 4pm and deactivate at 11am the day you check out.
- As an older building on Collinwood's main street, there will be some light noise from the street depending on the time of day. Provided are a sound machine and complimentary ear plugs to make sure you get the best night’s sleep.
- The building is kept at a comfortable 70 degrees year-round. A space heater and a fan are available for you to adjust to your preference.
