Donna absolutely saved my ride! When I booked my stay I was unsure if I would make it that far, having never been on a bike tour, and I was riding by myself without a support vehicle. Donna was extremely encouraging, which gave me the courage to press on and at least make it to her home! The Pedal Inn is very conveniently located right off the Trace. So thankful for that! It is exceptionally clean and comfortable, and smells amazing. There is also a fantastic porch with a fireplace. It was so fun to sit there in the evening. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. Ask Donna about the Ireland wall hanging that she hooked herself. Amazing artistry. I stayed there two nights; the first night Donna fed me gumbo, which I’d never had before and which was delicious. The second night was Salmon and tortellini in a cream sauce. OH. MY. GOSH. It was *SO* good. Donna was so helpful, giving, and encouraging. Honestly if it weren’t for her I may not have ridden the whole distance of the Trace. A fabulous place to stay. So comfortable and friendly. A real respite during a mentally difficult part of the ride.

We had wonderful stay at Donna's place! She was a great hostess and we felt very comfortable in the guest quarters. The dog trot room with fireplace was especially nice during the chilly evening. She was a warm and inviting hostess showing us the beautiful city she lives in!

Overnight stay on Day 5 of our Natchez Trace Bicycle Ride 2019 was a fantastic B&B dedicated to cyclists and is a must if you are traveling through by bike. The Pedal Inn is just a few hundred feet off the Natchez Trace and run by a great lady named Donna Holdiness. Donna is active in the Natchez 444, a nonstop "race" along the Trace north to south. She was driving to the start on our Day 4 and flagged us down, supplying much needed water on a very hot day.

My son and I stayed at the Pedal Inn in March. The owner made us feel welcome. She was a gracious host. We loved our rooms. Although our stay was short it was memorable. If either of us return to Kosciusko we will certainly stay at the Pedal Inn. We loved it!
