Lyric has three large bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms.
The home sleeps 8 in actual beds (assuming 2 to each of the 4 king beds). There are also 2 sleeper sofas that are each queen size, memory foam sofa beds for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Guest Rates:
- Rates start at $200 per night.
Rates are dynamic which means that they change based on day of week, season, etc. - Nightly rate is for up to 8 people.
There is an extra guest fee of $25 per guest per night for any guest count over 8 (max guest count is 10). This includes infants and children. - There is a $190 cleaning fee.
