Tupelo, Mississippi

Located in Historic Downtown Tupelo, Kermit’s Outlaw Kitchen is an ingredient, information, and farm based restaurant. The 140 year old building was once home to Kermit's Bakery (which the restaurant is named after) - the bakery supplied the town of Tupelo with breads and pastries, including birthday cakes for Elvis!

Where Mississippi Farms Meet Mississippi Tables
They take local cows, pigs, chickens, vegetables, fruits, honey, butter, grits and prepare them on the restaurant's wood burning hearth grill.

Save Tupelo, Buy Local
The grill, dishes, wood platters and handmade knives were made by local craftsmen.

From Steaks to Oysters to Tacos
Because Kermit’s Outlaw Kitchen uses only the freshest and local ingredients, their menus are adjusted to reflect that week’s harvest from local farms.
