Mamie's Cottage Bed and Breakfast - Raymond, MS
Mamie's Cottage Bed and Breakfast sits next to the Natchez Trace Parkway, a few miles outside of Raymond, and less than twenty miles from Jackson. This quaint 1840s cottage won an Award of Merit from the Mississippi Heritage Trust for its restoration! More info...
Mamie's Cottage is located on the grounds of the 1878 Dupree House, both of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Mamie's Cottage has two guest suites, each with an outside entrance. Each has a large bedroom and an adjoining small one. Features include a porch, a deck, TVs and VCRs, and a small refrigerator in each suite.
After breakfast, guests are treated to a tour of the Dupree House and the story about both home's original owners: the Duprees and their adopted daughter Mamie.
